Experience matters.   

First licensed in 1974, I've has seen the real estate industry evolve from a legal attitude of “caveat emptor” or “let the buyer beware” to one of disclosures or disclaimers by the sellers and home inspections by the buyers. In that same period the sales contract went from two pages to a multitude of addendums protecting buyers and sellers. The average contract of sale now can easily consist of 50 or more pages of legalities. When you want to buy or sell real estate, you need a Realtor® who is technologically savvy and one who has experience in every type of market who can give you the best advice no mater what the market is doing. She is extremely detail oriented and can provide you with prompt, professional and thorough service from beginning to end.
