About Tina...
Tina, licensed since 1974, has seen the real estate industry evolve from a legal attitude of “caveat emptor” “let the buyer beware” to one of disclosures or disclaimers by the sellers and home inspections by the buyers. In that same period the sales contract went from two pages to a multitude of addendums protecting buyers and sellers. The average contract of sale now can easily consist of 40 legal pages.
